Ordering from OSF Costume Rentals

1. Rental Agreement - Fill out and return the Rental Agreement to OSF Costume Rentals. Fax 541-552-2723
2. Ordering - If there are items you want to order, please email the 8 digit barcode number underneath the picture to costumerentals@osfashland.org  Barcode number begins with 090 or 110.
3. Sizing – most of our costumes are unique but we do have some multiples. You can check sizing by looking under the picture after the barcode number and description. Sizing information is indicated by B for bust, C for chest and W for waist. These are flat measurements so the garment is at least the size shown if not larger.
4. Availability – The website is static so a costume shown may not be available. To check availability, please email costumerentals@osfashland.org or call 541-482-2111 X308 for information.
5. Pricing information is available as a PDF file under the Ordering tab.
6. Priority or Rush Orders - Customer orders are taken in sequence but if it is a priority or rush order, a minimum of $50 extra pulling fee is applied.
7. Please be aware that many theaters and educational institutions have similar opening dates so OSF Costume Rentals works with many customers simultaneously. The earlier we know your needs the easier it is for us to schedule pulling and shipping so that your costumes arrive on time.
